For melting the wax, a Wax Melter is needed. Usually it is an electric Wax Melter. Sometimes we can melt the wax with other methods, like with a self-build Wax Melter or a boiler.

Descriptions
An Electric Wax Melter consists of an Insulation Tank made of steel plate, a Wax Melting Tank made of stainless steel plate, a Heat Conduction Oil Tank, Heating Tubes, an AC Contactor, a Temperature Controller, an Electric Heating Sensor, Indicator Lights and Control Switches. Its Power Supply can be 220V, 380V or according to the user's request.
Working Principle
The Heat Conduction Oil is heated by the Heating Tubes. The wax in the Wax Melting Tank is heated and melted by the Heat Conducting Oil. The wax temperature is automatically controlled by the Temperature Controller, Electric Heating Sensor and the AC Contactor.
Please note that, the wax melters sold from us are NOT filled with the Heat Conduction Oil. Users need to get the Oil by themselves, and fill the Oil into the Heat Conduction Oil Tank BEFORE the melter is connected to the power. The Oil surface should not exceed the 2/3 position of the Indicator Scale inside the Oil Tank. The Oil grade is #320. The quantity needed for each wax melter is about 70-100 KGS.
